Here is the change of the handling charge due to upgrading the automatic new system of the application for the registration from 8 July 2015.

Please make sure to read and understand the following contents: Membership Agreement, Cooling-off Terms before applying for each registration on your own responsibility because you cannot cancel it.

●Revision and change
For the revision and the change , you had free three-day period before though, hereafter you need to pay ￥1,080.- for each item as handling charge for revision and change of your papers.

【Please make sure to remember to attach the following documents required for revision and change when you apply.】
1.Bank　Transfer　Statement
2.Photo Identification　Cards (Such as a driver’s lisence, a passport, and a basic resident card )

【Points to be checked】
●Handling charge will be required for each revision and change of your application due to system automation.
●User ID/Password cannot be changed.
●An introducer and a connecting person cannot be changed.
●In some cases, the documents may not have been accepted.
●Change and cancellation of each position you applied cannot be accepted.
●Please be sure to read Membership agreement and Cooling-off terms before you apply.

●Incorrect money deposit
In cases of the transfer from the person other than the registration applicant him/herself who applied, the incorrect money deposit to Ripple repeat program account, and the extra money paid incorrect, we will deduct the handling charge and the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest as follows:
The refund： Total amount －(￥3240 + ￥864)

【Required documents】
1.ID of the applicant (driver’s lisence, a passport, a basic resident card with photo)
2.Bank transfer statement
3.Your bank account information for refund (Please remember to attach the above documents and then let us know your bank account for refund on the message column.)

【Caution!】
●Refund cannot be made without bank transfer statement and ID.
●ID, Bank transfer statement, and the bank account for refund of the person any other than registration applicant him/herself cannot be accepted.

●Cancellation of application
We will deduct the handling charge and the bank transfer fee from the total refund amount and refund the rest as follows:
The refund： Total amount －(￥3240 + ￥864)

【Caution!】
●You are not allowed to apply for six months after the cancellation.
●In case of the cancellation after the completion of the registration, we will deduct 75% of the application money and refund the rest. See membership agreement and cooling-off terms. Once you apply for its cancellation, it cannot be withdrawn.

●Invalid subscription with inadequate papers
A fee is to be charged for Data Recovery Work to a computer system for invalid subscription with inadequate papers applied within the application period.
￥5400 is required per case for its charge.

【Required documents for data recovery work】
1. ID (a driver’s license, a passport, a basic resident card)
2.Bank transfer statement you paid for the application
3.Bank transfer statement for the charge
※Please make sure to attach the above documents.

【Caution!】
●Without the required documents, Data Recovery Work cannot be done.
●You do not need to pay the money for the application again, that is, you have only to pay ￥5400 for the charge per case.
