*The steps to the definitive registrations are just the same as Rank-up’s･Sub-position’s.

What is the business day?
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not included as Business Days, so in case of the applications made on those days its date should be the next business day of them. *Also, some cases may be extended for a few days after the schedule according to the condition of congestion.

1.Applications for new registrations

Application date

Application Date should be the day when the following required documents and the payment for it are completed.

[Required documents]
・Copies of bank transfer statement and ID (driving license, passport, and basic resident register card with picture)
[Precautions on the documents]
The way how to submit the required documents should be standardized asfollows:
[Application by fax]: All the documents are to be submitted by fax.
[Application by web]: Send the data of the bank transfer statement and ID when applying.
*Please be sure to confirm the above precautions before you apply for it,and bear in mind that the ID except for the driving license, the passport, and the basic resident register card is not acceptable. For the application overseas only the passport is available as ID.

･Payment without the identical person’s name is, as a rule, prohibited.
･The application form is supposed to be sent along with the required documents.
･Without the required documents the application can be invalid.
[Connection]
･The specified connector who applied for later than yours is not acceptable as your connector.

[Application invalid]
The application should be invalid in the following cases.
･In case that the introducer is not yet applied or registered
･Without confirmation on the required documents
･The difference of the name between the applicant and the payer
･The applicant’s name and the ID’s name are not the same
･The birth date on ID does not match with the one in the application form

Read this when your application is invalid due to the inadequate documents.
＊NOTICE＊
The introducer and the connector may be changed due to application invalid.
The person whose application is invalid cannot be specified as the introducer and the connector.

2.Period for confirmation of the contents of Application

From the next business day of the application date to the third business day

･G.G.C.GROUP will confirm the application form
･You are to apply for it through the form for restoring the data of invalid application with Revision, Change, Cancel of Refund, Incorrect Money
Deposit and Inadequate Documents when there are some mistakes and revision in it.
Please make sure that nobody can apply for the revision but its applicant
him/herself.
*The handling charge will be required for the application of the revision and
the change.
*The application for the revision and change should be made on your own
responsibility.
*Please bear in mind that you are not allowed to request the revision by mail
and the reapplication let alone by the person except for the applicant.

3.Registrations

The next business day after the above period

・The registration date is the next business day after the above confirmation period.
・The coupon rate should be the one on the registration date ,that is, in some cases it may fluctuate.
*Please bear in mind that some cases may be extended for a few days after the schedule according to the condition of congestion at that time.

[Registration completion notice]
・The registration is completed with this notice.
・The account management should be made by the applicant him/herself.
・You are supposed to know the password for G.G.C. GROUP members with this notice.
