◇Bank account statement data
Please attach the clear image data of the bank transfer amount, bank transfer date, and the name who made the transfer.
Only the application through the mail address written on the WEB application form is available.
※We cannot accept the other ones through the link of Google Drive and Drop Box.

◇ID data
Please attach the clear image data of the applicant’s name, birth date.
Only the application through the mail address written on the WEB applicationform is available.

◇Transfer destination account
Please be sure to confirm the transfer destination account when you make the application to the new registration and Rank-up. It’ll be accepted once we
confirm payment. Without confirmation of money receipt, it’ll become invalid.

◇ Payers’ name
You are requested to transfer the money in your own name. If there are any differences between the name and furigana filled in the application form
and the payers’ name on the bank account statement will make the application invalid. Please be sure to confirm again.

◇ Network condition
There are such troubles by deterioration of a line state as communication disconnected when sending the files. Please be sure to confirm the setting of
PC and smartphone or try the small image data of the ID and bank account statement when it’s difficult to send the data normally and accurately.
