A copy of money transfer form, photo ID such as driver’s license, passport and Basic Resident card with photo.

[Cautions]
Please prepare all documents indicated as below;
Applying on the WEB: When you apply for registration on website, please send it with data of money transfer form and your photo ID.

Please note that we cannot accept other than driver’s license, passport or basic resident card as ID.*If you apply for registration from overseas, we accept only a copy of passport as ID.

･The name of money sender must be the same as applicant’s name.
･Please send an application along with required documents.
･If we do not receive all required documents, your application will be denied.

[Connecting person]
･We cannot accept your request of connecting person if you do so later than your applying date.

[Invalidation of registration]
Your application becomes invalid in cases described as below;
･Your introducer is not a member of GGC or the introducer has not even applied for registration.
･In case we do not receive all required documents.
･In case the name of the applicant does not match the name of the ID.
･In case date of birthday does not match the ID.

Please read this in case your application becomes invalid due to insufficient information.

In case your application becomes invalid, you cannot reapply by using the same introducer or connecting person.

[Completion of your registration]
We will inform you completion of registration by an email. Also, we will send the member’s password by an e-mail. After your account is approved, please manage your account for yourself.
